Feathers & Fur Pet Sitting Services and Rates

• Initial Booking Consultation
  Always free, usually lasts 30-40 minutes. At this visit we will meet the pets and discuss detailed instructions on how to care for them in your absence, receive house key and or alarm instructions. This meeting will be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service.

• Standard Pet Visit
  30 minutes - $17 per local pet visit, up to 2 dogs or 2 cats (add $2.00 for each additional dog or cat, add $2 per fish tank). Includes: quick dog walk & poop pick up, kennel cleaning, feeding, fresh water, medication administration (except injections), litter box cleaning.

• Extended Pet Visit
  One Hour - $25. For multiple pets and pet care that cannot be completed in a Standard Visit.

• Standard Dog Walk
  30 minute dog-walk around the pet's neighborhood or nearby park - $16.
  Weekly (5 day) rate - $75.

• Hotel Room Pet Sit
  $30 per hour. There are many pet friendly hotels in the Tri-Cities however; dogs cannot be left alone in the room. So if you'd like to go out to dinner or sight-see without your pet, I'll stay with your pet, take him out for walks in the area or along the river.

• Pet Shuttle
  $15 one way or $25 round trip.
  Vet, grooming appointments, etc.

• Coming Soon - Dog Park Excursions
  $25, your dog will be picked up from your home and taken to the Kennewick or Richland Dog Park for a 1 ½ hour active playtimes and socialization.

• Holidays - Add $5 per visit in addition to the regular fee for the following holidays:
  Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day.

• If you live beyond 10 miles of the Kennewick Costco,
there will be an additional $1.00 per mile charge.

• Key Return or Pick-up
  Pick-up or drop off of client's key by pet-sitter at a time other than during the free, initial home consultation or completion of assignment - $10.

Hi, I'm Home – I require a phone call upon your return so I know you have returned home to your pets and they are safe. I will continue to care for your pets until I hear from you, and you will be billed for the visit.

Payment
Is due before or at the time service starts and can be left in home to be picked up on first visit. For jobs that total in excess of $100 dollars, payment can be split 50 percent up front and the remaining balance due at time of first visit.

Please have the Service Request printed and filled out as complete as possible before each service start.

Refunds & Cancellations
0-48 hrs. One days service is charged (remaining refunded) 48 hrs. + no charge, refund in full.
